To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, entrepreneurial-minded, and self-driven professional in the field of Sales Engineering & Business Development who will actively contribute to the further development of our international customer relationships and market activities.
TASKS
- Conducting and moderating customer and project meetings in an international environment
- Actively acquiring new customers while further developing existing customer relationships and business opportunities
- Preparing professional sales presentations, quotations, and customized solution and application concepts
- Managing and coordinating sales and customer projects, including timeline, risk, and action management
- Preparing and maintaining sales forecasts, reports, analyses, as well as pricing and margin calculations
- Collaborating closely with Sales, R&D, Product Management, Operations, and Supply Chain to develop commercially viable customer solutions
- Conducting market, competitor, and trend analyses to identify new growth opportunities
- Continuously optimizing sales processes and ensuring compliance with defined sales standards and procedures
PROFILE
- Successfully completed degree in engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in technical sales, business development, product management, or project management
- Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented working style with a high level of initiative
- Strong communication and presentation skills combined with a confident and professional demeanor
- Analytical mindset and strong understanding of technical products, processes, and customer-specific solutions
- Proficient in working with CRM systems and very good MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 25%)

We offer an attractive and competitive salary, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
The minimum gross annual base salary according to the collective agreement (employees in trade, crafts, and services) for full-time employment is € 54,996,34.
