We are looking for a Product Cost Specialist (m/f/d) for INNIO Jenbacher’s current and future products. In this role, you will support product cost controlling activities and collaborate with Product Managers by providing relevant analyses and insights to help identify cost drivers and support decision-making. The Product Cost Specialist (m/f/d) works with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Product Cost Management, Engineering, Sourcing, Production, Order Engineering and Project Management to ensure accurate and reliable product cost information.

Your Responsibilities:

Support product cost accuracy across defined processes, systems and data structures

Perform annual and quarterly product cost calculations in line with established procedures and guidelines

Contribute to the further development and improvement of relevant processes and IT tools to support automation and digitalization in Product Cost Management, including costing-relevant year-end activities and Tacton CPQ implementation

Monitor and report product cost updates and highlight deviations or risks

Consolidate business data, conduct analyses and provide recommendations to support product cost targets and related actions

Collaborate with functions such as Sourcing, Production, Order Engineering and Project Management to understand and track product cost drivers

Ensure correct cost calculation for the serial cut-in of new and changed components in accordance with defined standards and processes
Your Profile:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a technical or commercial field preferred

Experience in accounting, finance or cost analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and to interact at all levels of the organization
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Well-experienced with standard MS-Office software

Knowledge of ERP & CRM software (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce, Tableau)

Basic technical understanding of INNIO Jenbacher products is an advantage

Fluency in English, German is a plus
