To strengthen our internal IT team, we are seeking an experienced IT Operations & Infrastructure Manager (m/f/d). In this high-responsibility role, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of our entire IT infrastructure and for ensuring a high level of security. In addition, you will independently manage and implement projects in the areas of IT operations, infrastructure, and IT security.
TASKS
- Conceptualization and design of the IT infrastructure in coordination with third-party providers (on-premises, cloud, and hybrid), including budget responsibility and partial operational support for the systems
- Liaison with the external operations management partner
- Establishing security standards and ensuring their implementation and compliance
- Supporting project coordination for infrastructure and digitalization projects
- Responsible for the global planning, coordination, and monitoring of activities across all networks, desktop, and data communication systems, as well as the associated administration
PROFILE
- Completed degree from a technical college, university of applied sciences, or university in business informatics or computer science
- At least 3–5 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Experience in the design, planning, and implementation of IT projects, as well as in the management and organization of IT operations
- ITIL, project management, data protection, security, MS Portfolio, and firewall experience are a plus
- Solid knowledge of computer networks, data organization, and software and hardware
- Expertise, including a hands-on approach, in NIS-2, Linux (servers), and the Microsoft ecosystem is a plus
- Excellent German and English language skills (Niveau B2-C1)
