Your role
- Coordinate and prioritize cybersecurity topics across stakeholders to ensure the cybersecurity analyst team can focus on the highest-value activities
- Collaborate with product management, development teams, sales, and application engineering to transform ideas, requirements, and customer feedback into well-structured and actionable work items
- Facilitate prioritization and planning discussions and help stakeholders understand trade-offs, dependencies, effort, and impact
- Support the cybersecurity analyst team in maintaining focus by ensuring incoming cybersecurity topics are transparently evaluated, structured, and aligned with agreed priorities
Identify opportunities to improve collaboration, workflows, and knowledge sharing across cybersecurity-related activities

What makes you a great fit
- Education or practical experience in computer science, cybersecurity, network engineering, product management, or a related field
- Good understanding of OT cybersecurity concepts, network security, and common attack techniques
- Ability to assess technical cybersecurity topics and translate them into clear priorities and actionable tasks
- Experience in coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities
- Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to solving complex problems
- You enjoy taking ownership, creating clarity, and driving topics independently from idea to implementation
- You communicate confidently in English and enjoy collaborating with international colleagues and stakeholders
