Your Tasks - What to expect
Plan, coordinate, and execute hydropower revitalization projects from the sales phase to commissioning
Prepare and maintain project plans, cost calculations, schedules, and technical as well as commercial documentation
Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments, external partners, suppliers, and customers
Prepare, support, and follow up on project meetings, technical inspections, assembly activities, and commissioning processes
Monitor project quality, costs, deadlines, and risks, including reporting and continuous process optimization
Your Profile - What you bring
Completed technical education (HTL or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Plant Engineering, or a related field
At least 7 years of professional experience in project management within the plant engineering or mechanical engineering industry
Strong technical understanding of hydraulic systems, turbines, and power plant components, combined with commercial awareness
Independent and responsible working style with a strong focus on costs, deadlines, and quality
Very good English language skills
Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time

We offer a market-compliant gross monthly salary starting from € 4.300,-. An all-in agreement applies to this role. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, a willingness to offer a higher salary is provided.
