Aufgaben:
Führung eines Teams (ca. 10 Mitarbeiter*innen) in der Personalverrechnung
Verantwortung für die ordnungsgemäße Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
Beratung zu Arbeits-, Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
Persönliche Betreuung von Klient*innen und Kommunikation mit Behörden
Voraussetzungen:
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HLW, o.Ä.)
Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Personalverrechnung sowie eine abgelegte Personalverrechnerprüfung
Führungskompetenz mit Erfahrung in der Teamleitung
Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (BMD NTCS)
