Cook / Chef de Partie (m/f/d)!

completed vocational training as a chef

experience in a similar position, preferably in upscale hotel or restaurant gastronomy

enjoyment in working with fresh products
-
creativity and a good sense for food presentation

organized, precise and clean working style

reliability and sense of responsibility

motivation, team spirit and passion for the profession
Your Duties:
-
preparing fresh dishes according to the hotel’s kitchen concept
-
preparing daily half-board menus
-
following hotel standards and hygiene regulations
-
working with fresh and high-quality ingredients
-
supporting smooth daily kitchen operations
-
cooperating with suppliers and other hotel departments
-
contributing ideas for weekly menu planning
-
helping maintain quality, consistency and presentation of dishes
