For a renowned 5 star hotel in Salzburg, we are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie / Pastry Chef (m/f/d).
Your tasks:

Responsibility for desserts and pastries in à la carte service as well as for the preparation of buffets in the banquet area

Production and preparation of desserts, cakes, and sweets for all F&B outlets
-
Ordering and quality control upon receipt of goods
-
Preparation of dishes and organizational handling of shifts during all service periods
-
Training of our apprentices
-
Ensuring proper storage of food and monitoring storage temperatures

Ensuring smooth operation during shifts
-
Training and onboarding of new kitchen staff
You are a good fit if you bring the following:

Completed apprenticeship/education in upscale gastronomy/hospitality

Several years of experience in the pastry / pâtissier field
-
Experience in the kitchen; experience in seminar and banquet areas is advantageous

Creativity and a sense of responsibility
