You will strengthen our Controlling team within SWARCO ITS and take on a key role in the further development and enhancement of reporting, planning, and controlling structures for an international project business. As a trusted business partner to management and international stakeholders, you will actively support the steering and growth of a dynamic, fast-growing business unit.
Job Description

Independently prepare, analyze, and further develop management reports, while coordinating forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes at group level

Advise and support the management teams of the ITS companies and SWARCO ITS Services GmbH on financial matters as well as strategic and operational decision-making
-
Conduct in-depth financial and business analyses and derive actionable recommendations to support business performance management

Actively contribute to the implementation of central holding functions within Group Controlling

Establish, further develop, and monitor risk and opportunity management processes within the project and business environment

Support and actively drive international finance, transformation, and SAP projects
-
Identify optimization and automation opportunities in reporting and controlling processes and implement improvement initiatives

Further develop, standardize, and harmonize controlling processes, tools, and standards in close collaboration with business departments and local teams across the global finance community
Qualifications
-
University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or a comparable qualification

Several years of relevant professional experience (ideally 10+ years) in Controlling or Finance, preferably in an international and project-driven business environment

Strong expertise in reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
-
Excellent knowledge of SAP FI/CO or comparable ERP systems, as well as advanced Excel skills
-
Experience with BI and reporting tools is an advantage

Proven experience in establishing and further developing controlling processes, reporting structures, management tools, or group-wide standards

Experience in risk and opportunity management and working within complex project and corporate structures

Strong understanding of business and financial interrelationships, with the ability to present and communicate complex topics clearly to different target audiences

Excellent written and spoken German and English skills

Strong analytical and conceptual abilities, high level of initiative, and the capability to actively drive change processes while acting as a trusted business partner to management
