Stunden: 15-20h/Woche
Standort: 1030 Wien
Deine Rolle bei uns im Team
Du koordinierst Termine, Meetings und Workshops
Du erledigst unterschiedliche administrative Tätigkeiten, wie z.B. Abwicklung von Kostenerstattungen, Reisemanagement, Bestellungen, etc.
Du unterstützt uns bei der Planung und Organisation von Veranstaltungen
Du unterstützt uns bei der Korrespondenz mit internen und externen Partnern
Du bist bei uns richtig, wenn ...
Du aktuell studierst und dabei Praxiserfahrung sammeln möchtest
Du sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse mitbringst
Du über routinierte MS Office Kenntnisse verfügst (speziell PowerPoint, Word, Excel) und dich schnell in neue digitale Tools einarbeitest
Du proaktiv, freundlich und kommunikativ bist
Du dich gerne einbringst und aktiv nach Problemlösungen suchst
