- Independently organizing business trips, as well as reviewing and processing travel expense reimbursements
- First contact on the phone and reception incl. visitor registration, preparation of meeting rooms and hospitality
- Entering and reviewing time records, including correcting data in SAP
- Manage pool vehicles as well as review credit card invoices, responsibility for hand cash and orders for office supplies
- Creation and formatting of various reports and lists
- Completed commercial education
- At least 3 years of professional experience in office management or travel planning
- Very good knowledge of MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- SAP knowledge as an advantage
- Excellent German and good English skills
- A structured and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as a professional demeanor
For this position the annual gross salary starting at € 41.270. The actual remuneration depends on your professional experience and qualifications and will be determined in a joint discussion.
