Your Responsibilities
Manage selected operational controlling areas and ensure the timely execution of related controlling activities
Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing processes as well as project controlling
Further develop and optimize controlling, reporting and management tools
Identify key areas for improvement in close collaboration with business departments and support the implementation of related measures
Prepare decision-relevant analyses, investment appraisals and business case evaluations
Independently develop reports, KPIs and management tools in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders
Be responsible for the controlling of an international subsidiary
Your Profile
University degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field, with a focus on Controlling
At least 5–10 years of relevant professional experience in controlling, ideally within an international corporate environment
Strong analytical skills, a high affinity for numbers and a solid understanding of business and financial interrelationships
Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset and a self-reliant, hands-on working style
Advanced Excel skills, hands-on experience with ERP systems and a strong affinity for digital tools and technologies
Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
