Make every guest’s visit unforgettable – from warm welcomes to guiding them through our exciting menu. Work side by side with our restaurant manager and shift leaders, bring the energy, and deliver heartfelt service in a high-volume, dynamic setting.
Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and create a friendly, inviting atmosphere

Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly

Provide menu guidance and recommendations based on guest preferences

Ensure tables are clean, set, and well-presented before and during service

Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit and respond to requests quickly

Collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth, efficient service during busy periods

Handle payments accurately and follow cash/card procedures

Uphold hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times

Represent Seven North Vienna with energy, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
Ideally, you bring the following with you:

Positive, energetic, and hands-on attitude

Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Enjoyment of informal, personal restaurant settings while maintaining professionalism

Fluency in English; German or other languages are a plus

Gross monthly salary: EUR 2088€ based on 40 hours (in accordance with the collective labor agreement).
