The CER Sales Representative provides complete and appropriate services for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. The role is responsible for the direct and new sales of Certification Business Unit services.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Present, promote and sell certification services (quality management systems) to existing and prospective customers;
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs;
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
- Monitor continuously the market trends as well as the requirements and needs of customers and identify opportunities to develop clients’ portfolio;
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments;
- Prepare the commercial offers, assuring their follow-up and delivery to the clients within the established deadlines;
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports;
- Manages and maintain up to date reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services;
- Keep up to date with best practices and promotional trends;
- Plan and implements various customer relations activities to promote Bureau Veritas services (seminars, conferences, presentations, exhibitions, etc.);
- Identifies factors that hinder the realization of sales targets and proposes ways to optimize and/or adjust results and forecasts;
- Maintain up to date the CRM internal systems (Sales Force etc.);
- Collaborates closely with Sales & Marketing teams;
- Share the information to the involved stakeholders from the organization (Sales tribe and P&L owners);
Experience & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business or a related field;
- MS Office knowledge (Excel, Power Point);
- Familiarity with CRM systems;
- English - advanced level;
- Clean driving license B cat.
- Proven working experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales;
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales;
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills, capacity to adapt to a complex and dynamic business environment;
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs;
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is between €58,000 and €67,000 gross per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The package also includes a variable bonus of 30% of the annual gross salary linked to performance targets.
