About the Role
As a Specialist, HR Operations at pharma&, you will play a key role in keeping our HR operations running smoothly and efficiently. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy supporting people-focused processes, this could be the right opportunity for you.
Core Responsibilities

Provide reliable day-to-day administrative and operational HR support

Prepare HR and recruitment operational reports, trackers, and data summaries and analyses in close collaboration with global HR colleagues

Support the organization of HR-related meetings, including preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and tracking action items

Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, files, and databases

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality across all HR materials and documentation

Support job posting administration and recruitment documentation

Assist with benefits administration and payroll-related activities

Support additional HR projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications

Completed commercial or administrative education, such as Economic University studies or relevant certifications (e.g., HAK, HAS, or equivalent)

Previous experience in HR administration or a comparable role is an advantage

Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

High attention to detail and a structured working style

Reliable, organized, and service-oriented mindset

Good written and verbal communication skills in German, with fluency in English required

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
