Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Experience in process automation, digitalization, or software development
Strong programming skills in Python; experience with APIs and system integration is highly desirable
Basic knowledge of PyQt for desktop application development, including application architecture and event-driven programming
Basic knowledge of Windows automation via Win32 COM interfaces, ideally with experience automating engineering tools such as Vector CANape using APIs or ASAP3 interfaces
Basic knowledge of Java for desktop applications, ideally including JavaFX-based UI development
Experience working with databases (SQL) and data processing
Knowledge of AI technologies, automation frameworks, or machine learning applications in business processes
Experience with scripting, workflow automation, or low-code automation platforms is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mindset
Proactive, self-driven personality with the ability to independently identify opportunities, prioritize work, and take full ownership of delivering solutions
Excellent communication skills in English and German
Ability to work in cross-functional and international teams
