Are you looking for creative freedom and challenges at a forward-thinking employer? Our family-run business, with 25–35 employees (depending on the season), operates differently. Together, we’re breaking new ground, which is why we’re looking for a Quality Manager with HR responsibilities to start immediately.

Job requirements

Your tasks

Quality Management: You’ll drive the development of our quality management system and play a leading role in shaping processes and quality standards. This includes reporting, the operational implementation of projects as a quality manager, and contributing your own ideas.
Quality in Everyday Operations: You ensure that our standards are upheld in our day-to-day operations. Not as an inspector, but as someone who maintains an overview, helps design training programs, certifies professional qualifications, and works closely with the team and department managers to find the best solution.
HR matters for seasonal employees: From the job interview through onboarding to their departure, you’re the point of contact—you provide support, listen, mediate, and, in the event of an escalation, make decisions.
Schedule and Vacation Planning: After a thorough onboarding period, you’ll take charge of scheduling for the entire team—fairly, thoughtfully, and with an understanding of our employees’ needs.
Work Environment & Employee Events: You help create a positive atmosphere—through regular visits to the stores, small gestures of kindness in everyday life, and employee events that you organize independently using your own budget.
Marketing (Optional): Depending on your interests and skills, you may have the opportunity to work in marketing.

Your profile

Who You Are
- Both a doer and a thinker—you manage your own work, reach out to people in the company, and serve as an independent liaison between management and the team
- Empathetic, optimistic, and principled—you keep a cool head even in critical situations and when dealing with confidential matters
What You Bring to the Table
- High school diploma or higher; a relevant degree is a plus
- A knack for numbers and proficiency with Excel, Word, and common standard software—you analyze data, understand it, and create reports that support decision-making
- High level of German, business-level English
- Basic knowledge of Austrian labor law (collective bargaining agreements, working hours) is a plus, but can be learned
What you've already done
- Experience in working with and leading people—whether gained through formal training or through experience—is of secondary importance
