For our site in Krems, we are currently looking for a:
Project Expert in Blend Fill (m/f/d)
contract until 29/02/2028
Main Responsibilities:
- Process optimization and process improvement
- Cooperation with the Validation department for the qualification of equipment and validation of processes
- Testing and implementation of new technologies and systems
- Change Management – Change Control
- Hands-on support in the processing of deviations and root cause analyses as well as management of the same
- Support for the operational commissioning of new production areas
- Preparation of work instructions, manufacturing documents and reports
- Creating recipes
- Setting of parameters (in the commissioning phase or during water test runs)
- Creation and review of documents (URS, specifications, flow diagrams, etc.)
Requirements:
- Bachelors, Masters or engineering degree in biotechnology, process engineering, (bio)chemistry, (micro)biology or comparable disciplines
- Professional experience in the field of GMP manufacturing of sterile drug forms or biologics or in the food or chemical industry
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Experience with problem solving in the production environment
- Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing, experience with bioproduction and experience with SAP desirable
- Reading PIDs
- Experience with Siemens PCS7
- Strong quality and safety awareness
- Organizational skills and hands-on mentality
- Creativity and ability to work in a team
- Sense of responsibility, resilience and initiative
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
