Your Mission
To meet growing demand, we are expanding our mechanism manufacturing footprint by establishing a second production site in Berndorf. In the future, mechanisms for space applications will be manufactured in both Vienna and Berndorf. Since all of our products undergo extensive testing throughout the manufacturing process, we are also setting up an additional test facility in Berndorf.
To support this exciting phase of growth, we are looking for motivated new team members to join us from fall 2026 onwards. As the new infrastructure in Berndorf will only be completed by the end of 2026, the primary work location during the first months will be Vienna.
In this role, you will:
- Perform a variety of tests on our mechanisms, including vibration, shock and vacuum testing
- Support and operate our shaker test facilities
- Take ownership of technical documentation
- Work closely with our design, analysis, manufacturing and assembly teams as a key interface within the organization
- Provide input to project management, including cost-to-completion estimates, to support planning and resource allocation
Your Story
- Technical education (apprenticeship, technical college, HTL or equivalent) in electronics, mechanics, mechatronics or a related field
- FH/Uni (is a plus)
- Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus: measurement and test engineering, vacuum technology, cleanroom environments, software development
- Independent, reliable and resilient way of working
- Very good German and English skills
- Driving licence and own car required, as our Berndorf site is not easily accessible by public transport
- Willingness to complete the initial training period (approx. 3 months) at our site in Vienna (1120)

We are required to state a minimum gross salary for this position in accordance with the collective agreement: this amounts to EUR 3889 ,- per month. The actual compensation is based on your qualifications and experience and will exceed the collective agreement minimum.
