Quality Manager (f/m/d)
Do you take a holistic approach to quality and want to improve processes in a sustainable way? In this versatile role, you’ll combine quality management with exciting projects in international plant engineering. You’ll oversee projects from planning through customer acceptance, continuously develop our ISO 9001-compliant quality management system, and use your expertise in audits, complaint management, and quality methods to ensure that the highest quality standards are maintained and continuously optimized.
- Overseeing and continuously improving the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001
- Planning, conducting, and supporting internal, customer, and certification audits, as well as supplier audits
- Providing quality-related support for plant engineering projects—from reviewing customer requirements to assisting with FAT, SAT, and customer acceptance tests
- Preparation and maintenance of quality plans, test documentation, and quality-related records
- Handling of customer, internal, and supplier complaints, including root cause analyses and implementation of corrective actions (e.g., 8D)
- Analysis of quality metrics, identification of improvement measures, and ensuring that lessons learned are applied to future projects and processes
- Technical education (HTL, university of applied sciences, or university)
- At least 5–10 years of professional experience in quality management or quality assurance, ideally in plant or mechanical engineering
- Practical experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001/45001, as well as internal and external audits
- Proficiency in complaint management and the application of modern quality methods
- Expertise in quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, Ishikawa, and 5-Why
- Very good German and English language skills (C1 level)

We offer a competitive salary in line with market rates, based on qualifications and professional experience.
The minimum gross base salary under the collective bargaining agreement (Information and Consulting) for full-time employment is 59,676 euros per year.
