Project Manager (f/m/d)
In this position, you will be responsible for managing EBNER industrial furnace projects.
The focus is on ensuring that projects are carried out efficiently and smoothly, with particular attention to contract deadlines, quality, and costs, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Overall project responsibility from the time the order is placed, with close cross-departmental collaboration
- Planning and managing the entire project workflow (deadlines, quality, costs) for assigned plant projects
- Working according to defined standards and processes using appropriate project management methods
- Actively implementing change, claim, and risk management
- Leading the project team
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the entire project duration and taking responsibility for project progress
- Completed technical and/or business training (e.g., apprenticeship/HTL/university/university of applied sciences)
- Solid technical expertise in an industrial setting
- Preferably several years of experience in project management for industrial plant construction projects
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20%) and intercultural competence
- Very good computer skills (especially MS Office and SAP)
- Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, high level of commitment, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Very good German and English language skills (C1 level)
- Home office and 4 days/week (depending on position)
- December 24 and 31 are non-working days for us!

We would like to emphasize that the advertised salary corresponds to the minimum basic salary under the collective agreement, but this is only the lower limit. The minimum salary under the collective agreement (Metalworking Industry) is € 53,242 gross per year on a full-time basis. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we naturally offer an attractive salary above this minimum.
