Du leitest internationale Produktentwicklungsprojekte im Global Product Center Control & I/O – von der Projektidee bis zur erfolgreichen Markteinführung.
Du planst, steuerst und koordinierst Projekte hinsichtlich Terminen, Qualität, Kosten und Ressourcen und behältst dabei stets den Überblick.
Du führst interdisziplinäre Projektteams und arbeitest eng mit Kolleg:innen aus Entwicklung, Produktmanagement, Einkauf, Produktion, Qualität und Vertrieb zusammen.
Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Standorten sowie externen Partnern und Lieferanten.
Du erkennst Projektrisiken frühzeitig, entwickelst geeignete Maßnahmen und sorgst für eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung.
Du kommunizierst transparent mit allen Stakeholdern und präsentierst den Projektstatus auf Managementebene.
Gemeinsam mit dem Product Management trägst Du zur Weiterentwicklung der Produkt-Roadmap bei und unterstützt dabei, innovative Lösungen für unsere internationalen Märkte zu entwickeln.
Du treibst die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Projektmanagement-Methoden und -Prozesse aktiv voran.
Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Produkte termingerecht, in höchster Qualität und entsprechend den Marktanforderungen entwickelt werden.
Damit überzeugst du uns
Abgeschlossenes technische Ausbildung (Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik, Informatik oder vergleichbar)
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Projektmanagement, idealerweise mit Bezug zu Software, Hardware, Elektronik, digitalen Lösungen
Kenntnisse in der Automatisierungstechnik
Erfahrung in der Leitung interdisziplinärer und internationaler Projekte
Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
Sicheres Auftreten sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
