Head Chef (m/f/d)!
What You Bring:

completed training as a chef

experience in menu preparation and à la carte cooking, as well as in a similar position

good knowledge of Austrian and international cuisine

enjoyment of teamwork with experienced professionals and motivation to become part of a successful company

organized, independent, and results-oriented way of working

economically responsible approach to purchasing, confidence in cost calculations, and knowledge of hygiene standards

enjoyment of cooking with fresh, regional, and seasonal ingredients

experience in a similar position, preferably in upscale hotel or restaurant gastronomy

enjoyment of working with fresh products

creativity and a good sense for food presentation

organized, precise, and clean working style

reliability and a strong sense of responsibility

Your Duties:
-
planning menu offers and à la carte menus
-
calculating dishes according to WES guidelines set by the management
-
creating recipes
-
active cooking and kitchen work
-
responsibility for kitchen hygiene according to HACCP standards
-
allergen labeling
-
handling orders in cooperation with department management
-
carrying out monthly inventories
-
good cooperation with department managers and other departments
-
preparing duty rosters/work schedules

The minimum salary for the position as Chef de Partie (m/f/d) is EUR 2,905,10 gross per month based on full-time employment. Willingness to overpay.
