Job responsibilities but not limited to:
- Re-Teck is a leading Global Reverse Supply Chain Management Solution Provider. The main task for Sales is to look for potential buyers and markets for products, accessories, components, IT equipment, materials generated from our production lines;
- Work closely with key stakeholders to make decisions on materials processing to maximize material recovery values;
- Maintain good relationship with existing customers, and build new relationships with additional upstream and downstream providers in the region;
- Liaise with different parties involved in the sale process;
- Supervise and cooperate with team members to reach the sales target, achieving sales growth performance via expanding business volume and further penetration of existing customers;
Job requirements:
- Degree holder in IT, Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline;
- 5 to 10 years relevant experiences in IT/ITAD sales management;
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills;
- Self-motivated, aggressive, result-oriented and able to work under pressure;
- In-depth knowledge about the metals market and trading environment in Europe;
- Experience working with IT equipment / electronics / IC boards;
- Strong leadership skills and able to manage a team;
- Strong relationships with downstream partners in Europe;
- Excellent command of spoken & written English;
- Work Location is remote within Europe
