Role Summary
As Global Learning Transformation Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming Mondi's global learning landscape.
This is far more than a traditional Learning & Development position. You'll lead the evolution of our learning ecosystem, ensuring learning becomes a strategic business enabler that develops critical capabilities, supports organisational transformation and creates exceptional employee learning experiences.
Reporting to the Head of Talent & D&I, w orking closely with senior business leaders, HR, Talent and Functional Academies , you'll help shape how learning, skills, leadership development and career architecture come together to prepare Mondi for the future.
Location: At any major European Mondi location or home-office based in Europe with 20-40% travel
