Support Engineer Test Equipment (f/m/d)
As a Support Engineer Test Equipment, you will ensure the availability, performance, and continuous improvement of our test systems. Working at the interface between production, engineering, and maintenance, you will make a significant contribution to the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes through your technical skill.
Work model: On-site.

Ensure the reliable operation of test systems and test equipment, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and fault resolution.

Perform maintenance, repair, and optimization activities to improve the availability and reliability of test equipment.

Provide technical support to production and engineering teams regarding test systems and testing processes.

Contribute to the introduction, further development, and standardization of test equipment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

What It Takes to Run What Runs the World

Completed technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field.

Professional experience in technical support, maintenance, or working with electronic test and inspection systems.

Solid knowledge of fault analysis and investigating and fixing technical issues.

Basic knowledge of automation, measurement, or control technologies.

Structured, organized, and solution-oriented way of working.

Good communication skills with a high level of service and team orientation.

Proficiency in MS Office and an interest in technical software systems.

Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.

The minimum compensation for this full-time position is EUR 54,439.42 gross per year, in accordance with the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry in Austria.
