Your new working environment:
At the Institute for Civil Law (Univ.-Prof. Dr. Gabriel Kogler) a position as a university assistent () is to be filled as soon as possible for the duration of an employee's absence. The scope of employment is 30 hours/week.
Interested Persons with a completed degree, above-average academic success, particularly in civil law and private law minor subjects, as well as an interest in basic dogmatic research in Austrian and European civil law are invited to apply.
Your future tasks:
You actively participate in research, teaching & administration, which means:
You are involved in research projects and scientific studies in the area of Civil Law.
You work on your dissertation.
You take on administrative tasks in research, teaching and administration.
This is part of your personality:
Completed Master's degree or Diploma, in the field of Law
Above-average academic success, especially good knowledge of Austrian Civil Law
Basic experience in academic writing and with research methods are beneficial
Didactic competences / experience with e-learning
IT user skills
German proficiency at least at level C1
Excellent command of written and spoken English
You should be a team player with high social skills
