ARE YOU READY?
- Own our supplier contracts throughout their lifecycle: drafting, negotiation, amendments, renewals, and termination
- Negotiate customer contract terms in partnership with Sales, Account Management, Revenue Operations and Legal
- Identify contractual and commercial risk and recommend practical mitigations
- Monitor supplier performance against contractual KPIs and SLAs and drive remediation where appropriate
- Lead commercial reviews ahead of renewals and identify opportunities for renegotiation, consolidation, cost reduction or improved contractual protection
- Support contractual disputes, claims and performance issues by establishing the contractual position and coordinating the appropriate internal response
- Develop contract reporting and KPIs, providing visibility into upcoming renewals, contractual exposure, deviations and performance
- Continuously improve contract templates, clause libraries, negotiation playbooks, approval frameworks and contracting workflows
- Drive greater standardization and automation across the contract lifecycle
- Train and advise internal stakeholders on contracting processes, commercial terms and negotiation guardrails
- Provide coaching, guidance and development support within the team, fostering growth, collaboration and high performance
ARE YOU THE ONE?
- Degree in business, commerce, procurement, economics, or a related field (a law degree is not required)
- 4+ years in commercial contract management or procurement contracts
- Proven track record in drafting, redlining, and negotiating supplier and customer agreements
- Solid grasp of standard commercial clauses: liability, indemnity, IP, confidentiality, termination, data protection, and others
- Confident with contract lifecycle management tools and Microsoft Office
- Strong negotiator who balances risk protection with deal velocity
- Well organized and detail-oriented
- Collaborative team player – assertive on the commercial position, careful with the relationship
- Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus)
