In-Room Dining Server Agent
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the In-Room Dining department throughout the day
- Taking, preparing, and delivering room service orders in accordance with the highest service and quality standards
- Monitoring, checking, and replenishing minibar stock
- Providing professional guest service within the In-Room Dining department and accommodating individual guest requests
- Creating a personalized and memorable dining experience in the guest’s room
- Handling guest feedback, inquiries, and complaints in a professional and service-oriented manner
- Preparing and organizing work areas to ensure an efficient service flow
Your Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or upscale hotel operations is an advantage
- Strong passion for guest service and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Independent, responsible, and well-organized working style
- Reliability, resilience, teamwork, and flexibility
- Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance
- Good command of German and/or English; additional language skills are an advantage
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, according to operational requirements

The statutory gross minimum remuneration for this position, based on full-time employment, is € 2.026,00 per month. A higher salary may be offered, depending on your qualifications and experience.
