As the name suggests, the front office employee is at the forefront of hotel operations - at the reception desk - and is therefore one of the first people to welcome guests in a formal manner. The area of responsibility is wide-ranging and anything but a boring 9-to-5 job.

- Completed vocational training and front office experience
- Excellent manners, well-groomed appearance and a positive charisma
- Extensive universal knowledge, innovative spirit and strong emotional intelligence
- Excellent oral and written skills in German and English;
- Knowledge of English an advantage
- Experience and affinity for PMS, especially Protel
- Optimal guest care as part of your reception shifts (early, late and part-time service)
- Independently manage and control processes at the front office (check-in/out, guest correspondence, arrival and departure checks, invoicing with travel agencies, etc.)
- Processing of reservations and reservation control including OTAs and travel agency bookings
- Active support for guests when planning their holiday on site
- Close cooperation with restaurant outlets, housekeeping & technology

With the appropriate minimum qualification and a 5-day week, we offer a salary according to the KV with a high willingness to overpay.
