Your Tasks - What to expect
Responsible for managing international plant engineering projects, including large-scale projects, and leading a multicultural team
Preparation, management, and monitoring of project schedules across all project phases, from engineering and procurement through delivery, installation, and commissioning
Responsibility for ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and schedule targets throughout the entire project lifecycle
Acting as the central interface between customers, suppliers, and internal departments for all project-related matters
Responsibility for variation orders, claims management, and contractual correspondence
Regular reporting to management and professional communication with customers on national and international projects
Your Profile - What you bring
Completed technical education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or University degree) in Mechanical Engineering, Plant Engineering, Energy Technology, or a comparable field
At least 10 years of experience managing complex industrial plant projects, ideally in an international environment and within joint venture structures
Solid understanding of commercial and financial aspects of project business, combined with a confident approach to contractual matters
Proven experience in leading and developing project teams
Project management certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or FIDIC are considered an advantage
Excellent knowledge of modern project management methodologies and tools, particularly MS Project
Strong sense of ownership, entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%
Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken; additional languages, particularly German, are considered an advantage

We offer a market-compliant gross monthly salary starting from €5.000,- with a significant overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
