Sales Executive (m/f/d)
Location: Vienna, Austria or Poland (remote/mobile working)

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive (m/f/d) to support the growth of our business through a combination of existing and new customer management plus pricing activities. This role requires a proactive sales professional who can independently manage customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and contribute to pricing strategies that support sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new customers within the target market.
- Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on commercial proposals and contracts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Analyze customer requirements and provide tailored commercial solutions.
- Support pricing activities, including rate calculations, pricing analysis, quotation preparation, and implementation of pricing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Operations, Customer Service, and Finance.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records within the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Several years of successful sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record in both account management and new business development.
- Experience with pricing, commercial analysis, or quotation management is highly desirable.
- Native or fluent Polish language skills and good English language skills are required.
- German language skills are an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
