Order Fulfillment Specialist (m/f/d)

You'll be employed at our SKIDATA HQ in Grödig/Salzburg, Austria, while working closely with and supporting our colleagues in Switzerland. What You'll Do
- Administer projects, work orders and service orders end-to-end in AX12, including master data such as vendor addresses, facilities, project contracts and items
- Manage spare parts replenishment and MRP to secure supply for our Swiss service operations, keeping inventory levels healthy and well balanced
- Coordinate transports for Swiss shipments in close collaboration with our external logistics partner and project teams
- Handle returns and drive the repair process end-to-end, acting as key contact between service, logistics and documentation
- Create and maintain service and SaaS contracts, including indexations, changes, activations and cancellations
- Invoice service orders, work orders and contracts, monitor the backlog, and support customers with quotations and aftersales questions
What You Bring
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent education
- Professional experience in order processing or the spare parts business is an advantage

We offer a competitive salary based on your qualifications and professional experience. The minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement is EUR 2,535.00 gross per month on a full-time basis. Of course, your actual salary will be adjusted in line with the market based on your qualifications.
