Independently process the monthly payroll for blue-collar and white-collar employees.

Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, employment contracts, registrations and deregistrations with authorities, and maintenance of employee master data.

Handle payroll-related matters such as sick leave, vacation, parental leave, and employee terminations.

Serve as the main point of contact for employees and managers regarding labor law, social security, and payroll tax matters.

Prepare and submit reports and notifications to government authorities and social security institutions.

Prepare payroll analyses, reports, and statistics.

Coordinate with external tax advisors.

Completed commercial education (e.g. business college, commercial school, apprenticeship, or an equivalent qualification).

Successfully completed payroll certification.

Several years of professional experience in payroll administration.

Experience in payroll processing for installation/service personnel or employees on international assignments is an advantage.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with BMD payroll software is required.

Excellent knowledge of labor law, payroll tax, and social security regulations.

The gross monthly salary for this position is EUR 3,519.91, in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer a competitive salary above the collective agreement.
