Your main tasks and responsibilities
Handling of general administrative tasks within the Clinical R&D department
Organization of meetings and business trips and related documentation
Management of incoming invoices, reporting of facility and IT equipment issues on department level
Organizing Onboarding and Offboarding activities for new employees
Various assistance in clinical trials, other departmental projects and ordering study equipment
Contact with internal departments as needed
Your expertise and ideal skill set
Completed education (Secondary school or higher)
Work experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus
Very good IT-Skills
Professional use of English and German language, both written and oral
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment, to work to tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated, proactive with attention to detail

The minimum gross salary according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) is EUR 3.463,06 based on 38 hours per week (full-time). As we strive to offer a salary that reflects your individual profile and qualifications, there is a willingness to pay above the minimum salary.
