The Role
- We're looking for a curious, ambitious finance professional who wants to help reinvent how finance teams operate in the age of AI.
- This is not a traditional accounting role.
- You won't spend your days manually reconciling transactions, processing invoices, or preparing reports. Instead, you'll work at the intersection of Finance, Operations, AI, and Process Design, helping us automate and optimize some of the most complex accounting, treasury, and financial workflows in the digital asset industry.
- You'll become the bridge between finance experts and AI systems — designing processes, defining business logic, validating outputs, and continuously improving how finance work gets done.
- Think of yourself as an AI-native Finance Architect: someone who understands finance well enough to redesign it.
- This is a highly hands-on role. You'll build, test, implement, and improve solutions yourself while working closely with finance, operations, engineering, and leadership teams.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and map complex accounting, treasury, and operational processes across Cryptonow.
- Design AI-driven workflows that automate manual finance activities.
- Work with modern AI tools and LLMs to build, test, and improve finance processes.
- Define business rules, controls, review mechanisms, and governance frameworks for AI-powered accounting operations.
- Monitor and validate AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Identify inefficiencies and redesign processes from first principles.
- Build concepts, workflows, prompts, documentation, and operational playbooks.
- Collaborate with finance, product, engineering, and operations teams to implement solutions.
- Take ownership of projects from idea to execution.
- Continuously explore new AI tools and technologies that can improve financial operations.
What We're Looking For
- 1–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, audit, controlling, consulting, or a similar field.
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial processes.
- Genuine interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
- Curious mindset and desire to challenge traditional ways of working.
- Ability to think in systems, processes, and workflows.
- Comfortable learning new tools and technologies quickly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent German and English communication skills.
- High ownership mentality and willingness to get things done.
