Advise on maintenance strategies and activities and support the network to perform efficiently, safely, and according to company standards

Conduct regular audits to ensure maintenance processes, safety protocols, and compliancy

Support, train and guide maintenance staff

Development and analysis of KPIs to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of processes

Preparation of regular reports and presentations for management to support strategic decisions

Support Global Head of RM to drive standardization across RM globally

Bachelor’s degree in Maintenance Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
-
Proven experience in Maintenance Excellence Management, or a related field

Target driven – Works to timelines

Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working

Language skills (especially German, English)

Ability to work with different teams worldwide

Possible start date: immediately
We offer you for this position a monthly minimum gross salary (starting level) of €3,800.00 on a full time basis (38.5 hrs/week). The actual salary is calculated on the basis of previous periods of service, qualification, professional experience and the collective agreement.
