Your responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to learn, someone who wants to launch a career in sales and/or the medical sector and build a long-term future in the field of med tech sales

In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of medical technology sales, gain valuable practical experience, and lay the foundation for a successful sales career at Olympus.

This role is a field based role where you will travel around Styria & Carinthia area

Your Responsibilities
- Managing existing accounts and acquiring new customers within the assigned territory
- Advising relevant healthcare professionals and selling our urology portfolio to hospitals and private practices
- Instructing medical staff on the use of instruments and conducting on-patient demonstrations (supporting procedures in the OR)
- Responsibility for achieving planned sales targets in the aforementioned sales territory
- Conducting sales negotiations and developing and implementing sales strategies
- Participating in congresses, trade fairs, and workshops
- Actively participating in OR support sessions

Your qualification

- Successfully completed vocational training or a university degree in a commercial or medical field
- Knowledge of endourology is an advantage; alternatively, several years of OR experience (e.g., in OR nursing or surgical assistance)
- Willingness and enthusiasm to provide OR support on an almost daily basis, ensuring the targeted use of our products and convincing users of our quality and service
- High level of commitment and willingness to stay overnight occasionally for multi-day congresses, demonstrations, or—in particular—during the initial training period
- Strong conceptual and strategic mindset and a confident, professional demeanor
- Very good German and good English skills (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ideally resident within the future sales territory
- Valid driving license
