Planning, organizing, and supporting trade fair appearances, in-house exhibitions, and customer events

Media planning and content and graphic design of advertisements

Creation of press releases, articles, and case studies for the trade and business press as well as for suppliers

Conceptualization and graphic design of printed materials, advertising materials, labels etc.

Design and implementation of direct marketing projects (mailing campaigns, newsletters etc.)

Maintenance of social media channels and the internal communication platform as well as our website

Proactive creation of content for social media posts (visual storytelling)

Meeting deadlines and monitoring corporate identity

Continuous collaboration with the two managing directors, the heads of department, and the sales office, as well as acting as the internal and external interface to sales, technology, 3D design, agencies, print shops etc.

Performing administrative tasks (maintaining memberships, sponsoring activities, creating templates and forms, approving invoices, monitoring the budget, etc.).

Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro); experience with WordPress, newsletter systems, and After Effects is desirable

Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
