A typical day:
-
Take care of customer inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve player issues with professionalism and empathy
-
Provide technical and account support to ensure optimal player experience
-
Document issues and feedback to help improve our services
-
Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance our support processes

Maintain high customer satisfaction standards and first-contact resolution rates
If you have:

Fluency in Italian and English
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Gaming experience and understanding of gaming communities

Excellent problem-solving abilities and patience
-
Customer service experience (gaming industry preferred but not required)

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Player empathy and commitment to customer satisfaction

Flexibility to work shifts including weekends (if applicable)
