Als Sr. Manager Maintenance trägst du maßgeblich zur Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Produktionsablaufs und zur Erreichung der Unternehmensziele bei. Folgende Tätigkeiten umfassen dein Aufgabengebiet:
Leitung und Organisation der Instandhaltungsabteilung mit Verantwortung für ca. 50-60 Mitarbeiter.
Sicherstellung der Betriebsbereitschaft und Verfügbarkeit von insgesamt 200 Bearbeitungsmaschinen und Montageanlagen.
Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Wartungs-, Inspektions- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten sowohl präventiv als auch korrektiv.
Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Instandhaltungsstrategien zur Minimierung von Stillstandszeiten sowie zur Maximierung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit.
Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der technischen Prozesse durch Analyse von Störungsursachen und Einführung von Maßnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung.
Budgetplanung und Kostenkontrolle im Bereich inklusive Investitionsplanung für Anlagenmodernisierung und Ersatzteilmanagement.
Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachabteilungen wie Produktion, Qualität und Arbeitsvorbereitung.
Verantwortung für die Einhaltung gesetzlicher und unternehmensinterner Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und Qualitätsanforderungen.
Führung, Entwicklung und Motivation des Instandhaltungsteams sowie Sicherstellung von Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen.
Kommunikation mit externen Dienstleistern und Lieferanten im Bereich Wartung, Reparatur und Ersatzteile.

Deine Qualifikationen:
Abschluss einer technischen Ausbildung (HTL/FH/TU) mit dem Schwerpunkt Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik o.Ä. UND
Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Instandhaltung/Industrial Engineering
Erfahrung in der Industrie, vorzugsweise in der Automobilindustrie bei einem OEM von Vorteil

Es uns wichtig, ein faires und attraktives Vergütungspaket anzubieten. Das Bruttojahresgehalt (All-in inkl. Bonus) nach dem Kollektivvertrag der Fahrzeugindustrie beträgt für diese Position mindestens € 90.000. Eine Überzahlung ist aufgrund von entsprechenden Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen gelebte Praxis.
