YOUR TASKS
- Independent controlling of transformation initiatives – ensuring the achievement of targetsrelated to cost efficiency improvements and progress tracking, in close collaboration withinitiative owners, including reporting and presentation of implementation progress
- Identification of transformation initiatives aimed at increasing profitability
- Competent sparring partner for project owners – constructive further development ofexisting approaches as well as identification and evaluation of new optimization potentials
- Cross-functional coordination and collaboration with stakeholders from various businessareas to ensure efficient program steering (e.g. through structured idea-generationworkshops)
- Development of the annual transformation plan, aligned with strategic and financialobjectives
YOUR PROFILE
- Relevant professional experience in controlling, project management, business transformation management, or a comparable field
- Completed higher education (University / University of Applied Sciences) with a focus on business administration, industrial engineering, or a related discipline
- Solid knowledge in the analysis of profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and profitability /business case evaluations
- Willingness to deeply engage with technical topics and actively drive them forward togetherwith initiative owners and project managers

- The salary package is based on your qualifications and professional experience and will bedefined in a personal discussion. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is EUR 3.775,27 - with willingness to overpay depending on the individual qualification profile.
