ICT & Security Coordinator (German speaker):
Your role
As an ICT & Security Coordinator your challenges will include:
Support in the creation, introduction, and implementation of local ICT & Security Service Management guidelines;
Support in the creation and implementation of a Governance Framework for ICT & Security Service Management;
Support in the integration of the Governance Framework into the IKS (Internal Control System) and ICT risk management;
Active project participation within the ICT governance framework;
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in related field;
Bachelor’s degree
Solid knowledge of IT Service Management processes, ITIL;
Knowledge of current EBA guidelines as well as future DORA requirements;
Experience in creating practical ICT guidelines in tightly regulated corporate groups;
Experience in participating in large projects in the ICT governance environment;
Very good written communication skills (German proficiency required);
Very good expertise in working with Jira & Confluence.
