On behalf of our client, a hotel in Tyrol, Austria, we are looking for a Chef de Partie (m,f,d)!
It is a upper 4-star hotel, located above the centre of Seefeld in a peaceful Alpine setting, just a few minutes' walk from the town centre.
Main Responsibilities:
Preparing and finishing dishes at the assigned kitchen station
Organising the mise en place
Working in the hotel kitchen during daily service
Preparing Tyrolean and creative dishes in accordance with the hotel's standards
Monitoring the quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes
Working closely with the Sous Chef, Head Chef (Küchenchef), and the rest of the kitchen team
Ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
Working independently and responsibly during service
Contributing to an outstanding dining experience for the hotel's guests
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie, or an independent chef
Completed culinary or hospitality education is preferred
Experience working in a hotel kitchen or restaurant
A passion for cooking and preparing high-quality food
Creativity in the preparation and presentation of dishes
A high level of responsibility and attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently
A neat, organised, and professional approach to work
Good knowledge of food hygiene and food safety standards
