In Vienna – Donau Zentrum, we are looking for a Deputy Store Manager – the right hand of the Store Manager, with the main responsibility of helping to lead, motivate, and manage a team of Beauty Consultants.
What will your job look like? What your duties would be?
- cooperate with Store Manager on daily business a be co-responsible for the store.
- motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives.
- follow all the processes and procedures in the store.
- oversee the amount of goods needed, work with our in-house system, be responsible for regular inventory check and for some manipulation with cash.
- behave and be an example for our Beauty Consultant.
- maintain and increase standards of customer service.
- deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- cooperate with colleagues from different departments of the company (HR, Merchant, CC, Warehouse, Marketing etc.)
We think you'd be great for this role if you have
- previous experience in retail (experience with leading a small teams is essential)
- high level of understanding KPI and other figure
- high level of understanding all processes in the store
- right “business sense” and a talent for customer service
- knowledge of “hot” last trends in the field of beauty, passion for the world of cosmetics and perfumes
- solid knowledge of english language.(we prefer level B2)
- talent for perfect customer service
- computer literacy as you will need it for work with MS Office or cash desk
- additionally, you should be interested in the further development of our store, have a proactive approach: you should coming up with new ideas in order to improve the functioning of the store and the entire customer experience
