Your new responsibilities

Define and drive the global Time-of-Flight product strategy, roadmap, positioning, lifecycle plans, and business priorities

Translate market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and technology developments into product plans, requirements, and investment recommendations

Manage the product lifecycle from concept and business case through development, launch, ramp-up, sustaining, and end-of-life

Develop business cases, pricing guidance, forecasts, margin targets, and portfolio profitability analyses

Support strategic customer engagements with roadmap input, product positioning, competitive differentiation, and commercial guidance

Coordinate launches, sales enablement, performance tracking, and cross-functional alignment with sales, application engineering, R&D, operations, quality, and supply chain
Who we are looking for
-
University degree in electrical engineering, physics, microsystems technology, business engineering or a comparable technical field
- Several years of experience in product management, product marketing, application engineering, or business development in semiconductors, optoelectronics, sensors, or related high-tech industries
- Solid understanding of optical sensing technologies; Time-of-Flight, 3D sensing, VCSEL systems, photodiodes, or sensor modules are desirable
- Proven ability to manage roadmaps, business cases, customer requirements, and lifecycle decisions in a global matrix organization
- Strong commercial acumen in pricing, forecasting, margin management, market modeling, and portfolio prioritization
- Customer orientation and clear communication with technical, commercial, and management stakeholders
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management in a global environment
- Fluent English communication skills; German is beneficial
