Are you a motivated student with a keen interest in information gathering, process design, and vendor management? Join our Market Data Governance team at RBI and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic banking environment!
In this role, you will support the team in managing market data contracts with vendors (e.g. LSEG, Bloomberg, Moody’s), help structure and maintain key information, and contribute to the design of concepts and processes that ensure efficient and compliant market data usage across the bank.

Your role with us in the team:
- Assist in gathering and assessing business requirements and their documentation
- Support structuring and organization of vendor information
- Participate in enhancing governance and processes to boost operational efficiency
- Help create reports, presentations and materials that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
- Engage with stakeholders, collect required information and follow up on open topics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to data governance standards
We are looking for someone who:
- Is actively studying at a university or university of applied sciences (in banking and finance, regulatory affairs or law, economics, environmental science, mathematics, physics, or a related field)
- Will be available for at least 1.5 – 2 years
- Has strong analytical skills, a result-oriented and structured way of working
- Has excellent communication skills; is fluent in English, German is appreciated
- Is comfortable interacting with a wide range of stakeholders,
- Is a strong team player who also appreciates the opportunity to work independently
- Is enthusiastic and self-driven, ready to investigate unfamiliar areas autonomously
Does the following apply to you as well?
- Strong interest in process design, data governance, and contract management
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of financial markets or market data, or experience with a market data provider (e.g. Bloomberg, LSEG, Moody's) is advantageous
- Proficiency in O365 (especially Excel and PowerPoint); Power BI, Power Apps, and affinity for AI technologies are a plus
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
