About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) Solution Architect to join our growing Microsoft Dynamics practice in Austria.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise-scale digital transformation projects, helping clients design and implement innovative Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions.
- Define end-to-end solution architecture across Dynamics 365 CE and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, consultants, developers, and project managers.
- Design integrations with third-party systems using Azure services, APIs, and Microsoft technologies.
- Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices, governance, security, and performance standards.
- Support workshops, solution demonstrations, and pre-sales activities when required.
- Mentor technical teams and promote architectural best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect, delivering multiple enterprise implementations.
- Strong expertise in:
- Dynamics 365 Sales
- Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Dataverse
- Experience designing integrations using Azure Integration Services, REST APIs, Logic Apps, or Service Bus.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies and solution architecture.
- Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Previous experience working within a Microsoft Partner or consultancy environment.
- German language skills are a must.
- Professional English is essential.
