Deine Aufgaben
Organisation und Koordination von Dienstreisen, Meetings und Veranstaltungen
Betreuung und Vorbereitung von Besprechungsräumen inklusive Bewirtung
Planung und Unterstützung bei Firmenveranstaltungen, Mitarbeiterevents und internen Projekten
Einkauf und Verwaltung von Büromaterial, Geschäftsausstattung und Bürobedarf
Betreuung der Telefonzentrale sowie Koordination des Post- und Paketversands
Verwaltung von Stammdaten, Organigrammen und Onboarding-Unterlagen
Unterstützung verschiedener Fachbereiche bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben
Schnittstellenfunktion zu internen Abteilungen sowie externen Dienstleistern und Partnern
Was wir dazu brauchen
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
Berufserfahrung im Office Management, Sekretariat oder Assistenzbereich von Vorteil
Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen EDV-Anwendungen
Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Organisationsgeschick und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Verlässlichkeit
