As a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager, you are responsible for driving revenue through strategic influencer partnerships across markets and platforms. You take ownership of your area — developing channel strategies, building relationships, and executing high-impact collaborations that directly contribute to the department’s OKRs and Holzkern’s growth.
Your role is outcome-driven: not just managing creators or campaigns, but turning influencer marketing into a reliable, scalable driver of both performance and brand equity.
You own the end-to-end strategy and execution of influencer campaigns within your platforms and markets — proposing initiatives that connect directly to revenue and profit goals.
You focus your efforts on delivering measurable contributions to quarterly team OKRs and revenue targets, using influencer marketing to drive , efficient revenue growth (ROAS, Revenue and NC ROAS).
You ensure that every creator activation has a clear commercial purpose, and you evaluate outcomes with an eye toward both immediate and long-term contribution.
You help us develop and explore different influencer marketing activities that contribute to our growth and profitability goals— implementing and testing different influencer marketing levers like short-form, affiliate programs and UGC/PA.
You collaborate with internal teams (e.g. content, video, performance) and external agencies to make sure that creative output and campaign assets are aligned with your goals.
Influencer & Performance Marketing Background — Experience in Influencer/Creator Marketing, Performance/Growth Marketing, E-Commerce.
Data-Driven & Analytical — You enjoy working with numbers, spotting hidden patterns, and drawing sound conclusions even from incomplete data.
Relationship Builder — You know how to build genuine, lasting relationships with creators and partners, turning one-off collaborations into long-term, trust-based partnerships.
Agile Learner — You pick up new tools, platforms, and concepts quickly when given ownership and responsibility.
Requirements
1-4 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong communication skills and a sharp eye for the right creators.
Proven negotiation and relationship-management skills.
High standards around speed, quality, and ownership.
Excellent English (C1).
